This is  the original  project to the  illustration for popular Austrian magazine on the turn of 20 century  "Oesterreichs Illustrierte Zeitung". It  was created in 1915 by Austrian illustrator A.Korbely . Under image there is original title  in german:  "Dragoon Attake against the Russians at the northwest war theater".

Inscription: signed and dated 1915, lower right.

Technique: ink, sepia, gouche  on paper/cardboard.

Measurements: image w 39,5" x h 15" (34 x 26 cm), image together with cardboard mount w. 15 1/2" x h. 12 1/4" (39,5 x 31 cm)

Condition: in good condition
