Our Art-Deco work by a famous French engraver Louis Icart (1888 Toulouse -Paris 1950) portraits three half-nacked girls in boudoir. The artist exhibited his works at the Salon de Soc.d.Art.Franc. and at the Salon des Humoristes in France.

Inscription: signed in hand lower right, upper left inscribed "Copyrigt 1924 by les graveurs modernes. 194. rue de Rivoli. Paris"

Technique: coloured engraving on paper. Original wood frame.

Measurements: oval image w 20 1/2" x h 16" (52 x 40.5 cm), framed w 27" x h 22" (68.5 x 56 cm)

Condition: slightly yellowed due to age, some tiny spots on the margins.
