Architecture drawing by listed Czech artist Eduard (Edvard) Herold (1820 -1895) depicting view to the castle Hohensalzburg and St. Peter´s Abbey , one of the oldest monasteries in the German-speaking world. Eduard Herold , pupil of Academy in Praque , worked as court painter by Count Chotek, exhibited his landscapes at the exhibition of the society of patriotic art society in Praque in 1855-1858 . Herold was active as a writer also.
