The painting was executed in 1936 by listed Austrian landscape painter Alexander Scherban (1886 Vienna - 1964 Nuernberg). The artist exhibited his works at the 38. Year-exhibition of Viennese Artist Union "Kuenstlerhaus" in 1913. In 1925 he represanted his 20 landscape works by the exhibiton of Vienna union "Kunstgemeinschaft".
