Original watercolour as design to Vienna postcard was executed ca. 1900 by good listed Austrian artist Rudolf Welleba (1874 Vienna - 1958 Retz). Welleba was a famous illustrator in Vienna in the end of the 19th - beginning of the 20th century, working for different newspapers, magazines and doing designs for postcards.
