Large beautiful genre painting with view of Krems in lower Austria was created in 1919 by listed Austrian painter Rudolf Alfred Hoeger (1877-1930). Favourite topicts of his creative work were genre gallant scenes of the Old Vienna. The artist is listed in: Prof.H.Fuchs, Austrian Painters of the 19th Century, Vienna, 1973.
