View of Viennese Volksgarten with the Museum of History of Art in the background was created in ca.1910 by Austrian lands- and cityscape painter Carl Weiss (1860-1931). He studied under Lainzer in Brno, A.Hlavacek in Vienna and worked in Vienna at the turn of the 20th century.
