This impressionistic genre scene was executed ca. 1930s -1940s by listed American figure painter Hilde Band Kayn (1903 - 1950). Honorable mention in the exhibition of the Carnegie Institute in Pittsburgh and first prize at the exhibition of the "Allied Artists of America" in New York. Collective Exhibition november 1945, febr. 1948 and nov.1950 in the Milch Gallery, New York. Represented in the Museum of Art in Toledo.
