This italian landscape with peasants in Tuscany was executed in the last quarter of 19th century . Both works (also see the previous item No. 3433) were signed by the artist "A.Marko". Or "And.Marko", probably were created by Andreas Marko (1824 - 1895), an Hungarian landscape painter , who worked in Italy from 1850s and created in the romanticist style a lot of Italian landscapes .

Inscription: signed lower right.

Technique: oil on canvas. Luxuriousy original period gold-plated frame.

Measurements: unframed w 23 3/4 " x h 31 7/8" (60 x 81 cm), framed w 32 1/4" x h 40 1/4" ( 82 x 102 cm).

Condition: canvas and frame are in very good condition.
