Fine Biedermeier view of the Altausser See ( in English: Altausseer Lake) to the mount Trisslwand , situated in the famous nature ure area Salzkammergut near Salzburg. This painting was executed in the first half of 19th century and despite the absence of a signature but due to the very similar manner and time of the creation was attributed to the hand of famous Austrian landscape painter Anton Schiffer (1811 - 1876), who recieved acknowledge in his life time for his landscapes from this area Salzkammergut.
