Great horse painting was executed in Paris in 1882 by good listed German painter and graphic artist Georg Karl Koch (1857 - 1936). The artist worked and lived in Berlin , he was the son of the painter Carl Koch, brother of painter Max Friedrich K. and composer Friedrich K. Georg Carl Koch studied by his father and then at the Berlin Academy under K.Steffeck, P.Meyerheim, C.Gussow; travels to Paris and Italy (1886), debuted 1874 at the exhibition of Berlin Academy in 1874 . On the beginning of his carrier he created panoramas of Berlin, Dresden, town of USA.
