Landscape painting " Wind on the lake " (original artists title) was executed by famous represantative of the Soviet Realism Art Mikhail Arkadievich Suzdaltsev (1917-1998), honored artist of the RSFSR. laureate of Stalin Prize of 2nd degree (1951), member of Union of artists of USSR. Graduated from Odessa art school and the National Institute V.i. Surikov, Moscow (1948), studied by Pokarzevsky, Osmerkin, Shegal. He worked in Moscow. In 1948 he is permanent participant of art exhibitions. Works by Suzdaltsev are kept in the State Tretyakov Gallery (Moscow), the STATE RUSSIAN MUSEUM, Saratov, Sochi Art Museum Art Museum, Odessa Art Museum of Russian art in galleries and private collections in Russia, Japan, the United States, England, Germany and Norway.Gallery of the artist´s works can be see on following link from Russian wikipedia:
