This seascape in sunset with far view of Capri was executed in 1930s by listed Austrian landscape and marine painter Fritz Waldegg (1888 - Voenna - 1966). He recieved his education from 1903 to 1907 by J.Hauer in Vienna and was member of the Segantini Art Union.
