Panoramic view of Praque was executed ca. In 1920s by listed Czech painter Hynek Kott (1878 Ceske Budejovice - 1926 Praque). He was a talented self-taught painter . He painted historical monuments hometown . The paintings were a success , so he could dedicate himself exclusively to painting . He moved to Prague , where he received for his paintings range of candidates , some works sold to America. In 1924, his city office in the Czech Budejovice bought his collection of paintings with views of the city town hall to decorate the rooms. Besides arts he also pioneered the sport and the first in figure skating.
