Seascape with sailing ships off the coast was executed by German marine painter Julius Huth ( 1838 Woisenthin/Pommern - 1892 Berlin). At first he was sailor and ship captain and turned to art only in more mature years. His atmospheric, Feinbeoba Chteten images mostly deal with motifs from the North and Baltic seas. Presented 1874 to 1892 especially frequently in the exhibitions of the Berlin Academy.
