Antique engraving dated with the portrait of the Russian Empress Elisaveta Alekseevna , princess Louise of Baden (1779 Carlsrue - 1826 Russland). It was executed ca. in 1817 by famous French etcher André Joseph MÉCOU (c.1771-1837) after painting by Jean Henri Benner (1776 - 1829).

Technique: engraving on paper, matted and framed.

Measurements: image w 6 3/4" x 9 1/2" (17 x 24 cm); framed w 10 1/2" x h 13 1/3" (26,5 x 34 cm).

Condition: in good condition, slightly foxed; the frame is damaged.
