This pair of old views of European cities (Amsterdam and Bruges) was executed by famous Austrian architecture painter-traveller J.Wilhelm Jankowski (1825 Bohemia - 1870 Austria), who recieved his popularity with views of different European cities and landscapes in the middle of 19th century , for exemple views of Salzburg, Vienna, Praque, Rome, Sevilla, Melk, Venice, Gmunden, Heidelberg , Amsterdam and others.For other paintings by the same artist see item no. 2429-2431, 3617 and 4613 on our website.
