Coastal landscape somewhere in South France was executed ca.1900 by French listed landscape painter Armand Auguste DE CONCHY (XIX-XX), who worked in Avignon in the early 20th Century and exhibited in Paris, at the Salon of the National Society of Fine Arts in 1923-1924.
