Pupil of Aluno de Pirot, Tony Robert-Fleury and William Bouguereau. At first religious sujets, later portraits, historical, genre, flower paintings and nude in the style of Bougeureau. 1893 awarded with Mension honorable, in 1899-medal 3 classe, 1902 medal 2 classe. Member of Soc. des Artistes franç.
