Expressive portrait of a young girl in a white blouse was executed by Austrian painter Wilhelm Dachauer ( 1881 Ried in Innkreisl/Tyrol - 1951 Vienna). He studied at the Vienna Academy from 1899 to 1907 and was the same professor from 1927.
