Fine still life with flowers in a porcelain vase was executed ca. in 1860 by Viennese flower and still life female painter Adele Schuster, who was the daughter and pupil of her father, famous still life painter Josef Schuster (1812-1890) and due to Austrian lexicon by H.Fuchs was active in Vienna in the second half of 19th century. She painted in the style of her father This painting is early work by Adele in the time, as she studied by father and signed her flower paintings with only first name. Few her flower works were sold in different international auctions : Dorotheum, Vienna, Bonhams and Christies, both London.
