This painting with wild flowers and berries was executed in 1877 by listed 19th century French flower painter Solange Petit (maiden name Poirson), who was born in Autun (Saône-État-Loire), was pupil of Mme Demoulin, in 1878 debuted in the Salon de Paris with flower works.
