This panoramic view of famous mount Serles (2718 m.) by Innsbruck in Tirol was created in 1930s by listed Austrian landscape and portrait artist Max (Maximilian Friedrich) Pistorius (1894 - Vienna - 1960). Since 1927 he formed himself autodidactically as a painter. He has portraits in the Rector´s Gallery of the Technical University in Vienna and an altar painting "The Holy Theresa on the Deathbed" from 1936, in the church in Vienna´s 16th district. His landscapes and Vienna views situated in Historical Museum of Vienna and Province Museum in Linz. He created a gallery of famous Austrian surgeons for Honor Hall of Chicago University .
