Animalistic painting with horse family in a stable was executed around 1840-1850 by renown and high listed Austrian horse and military painter Otto Stotz (1805 Ludwigsburg - 1873 Vienna).
From 1830 to 1840 he worked in Stuttgart (Germany) and painted (in 1832) for king of Wuerttenberg military views and portraits. Since 1840 he lived in Vienna, in the 1841-1852 took part in many Exibitions by Academy with horse paintings, especially portraits of race horses from austrian king stable.
