Second part of a pair of painting ( for first part  see previous item number ) with mythological motives by renown Austrin genre painter of Polish origin Heinrich Hans Schlimarski (1859 -1913), he settled in Vienna, studied in Vienna Art Academy, was the best pupil of most renown Austrian historical painter Hans Makart . Schlimarski worked in Vienna , Munich and Italy and was popular with his large decoration works and oriental portraits, which created in order of the high society from Europe.

Inscription: signed lower left .

Technique: pastel and  opaque white gouache on cardboard, beautifully hand crafted art-nouveau gold-plated frame.

Measurements: unframed w 37" x h 24" (94 x 61 cm); framed w 42 1/4" x h 31 1/2 " (107,5 x 80 cm)

Condition: in very good condition.
