| Alpine landscape with capercaillies (in German: Auerhäne) was executed by good listed Munich hunting and animal painter Moritz Müller Junior  (1869 - 1934). He was a son of the painter Moritz Müller the Elder and a grandson of Moritz Müller (Feuermüller).  Müller exhibited his works in Munich, Magdeburg, Frankfurt and Berlin, among others.
