genre gouache "Carnival” ( in German: Fasching) was executed in 1900s by listed Austrian painter of Jewish origin Willy Georg Stieborsky (1881 -1966), who worked in Vienna in 1900s - 1920s as portrait , landscape painter, stage and poster artist and illustrator.
