Expressionistic Tyrolian landscape with peasant houses was executed around 1950s by Austrian painter Maximilian (born 1895 Vienna).

Strasky known for depicting majesty of the montains whether in winter or summer. He was born in Vienna. The great talent he possessed was recognized in his yearly school years. Strasky studied in Vienna Art Academy. His studies were interrupted by WWI. In the army he was stationed along the Tyrolean, beautiful mountain region. While there, in his spare time, he continued painting, study the mountains structure. The glorious mountains beauty have been given Strasky an inspiration for many years. Strasky resided in Vienna.
