Lovely genre dog paintings by famous german animalist Klara von Wille , born von Boettcher ( 1838 - 1883 Duesseldorf ). The artist was a pupil of C.Sohn, L. Knaus and Rosa Bonheur . Since 1859married with August von Wille . Her humoristic dog paintings were very popular among german art lovers.
