Lovely animalistic  painitng created by Carl (Karl) Pischinger (1823 Streitdorf/Lower Austria - 1886 Liezen/Styria). He  studied at the Vienna Academy and was very well-known in Austria as an outstanding animalist and landscape painter. Works by him are to see in the Austrian National Gallery "Belvedere" and other museums.
