Colourfully view of a north italian lake (Lake of Como or Garda) executed ca. in 1940-s in the style of listed Austrian landscape painter Gottfried Arnegger, who was popular with his seascapes by lakes of Como ,Garda and Capri seascapes. The painting signed G.Mario . As it´s known, some Austrian commercial painters , who worked in Italy , used pseudonyms in the italian style. We can suppose, the painting probably executed by Gottfried Arnegger, who used this itaian pseudonym.
