Masterfully genre painting "After successful hunting" was executed in the late 19th century by very reknown Munich genre painter Adolf Eberle ( 1843 - Munich - 1914 ). He studied at the Munich Academy, and later, since 1860 - in the art school by Karl von Piloty. His hunters inn genre scenes broke him a knowledge ampng international collectors.

Inscription: signed and inscribed München, lower left.

Technique: oil on mahagony wood, luxuriousy original period gold-plated frame.

Measurements: unframed w 18 1/8" x h 15 1/2" (46 x 39,5 cm); framed w 30" x h 27 3/8 " (76 x 69,5 cm).

Condition: in very good condition.
