Outstanding mythological painting from the Art Nouveau time, Adam and Eve with the apple in Paradise, over the head of the Eva is the head of the Serpent. This monumental was executed on the turn of 20th Century by famous German mythological painter, porcelain and ceramic sculptor Martin Wiegand ( 1867 Ilmenau - 1961 Munich). The artist studied at the Art Academy in Munich, created altarpieces in the Castle church of Schwarzenberg in Franken; Decoration paintings in the Richard Wagner Hall of the hotel Bavarian Hof in Munich, was a well-known porcelain and ceramic sculptor in Munich around 1900s.
