Winter in Dolomites with view of mountain range Rosengarden (S.Tirol) was executed by Austrian landcaoe painter Phillipp Papst ( born 1915 in Arad/Romania). The artist worked in 1940s-1950s in Austria, popular motives of his works were winter mountain landscapes.
