Impressionistic painting with Venetian motif was executed around 1890-1900 by a representative of Spanish school from the circle of Spanish-Italian Venice view painter Martin Rico y Ortega (1833 Madrid-1908 Venice). Due to the very close manner it can to be attributed to Venice painter of Spanish origin Antonio María Reyna Manescau (1859-1937).

Inscription: illegible signed lower right.

Technique: oil on canvas. Original period frame.

Measurements: unframed w 16 7/8" x h 6 3/4" (30,5 x 17 cm); framed w 16 3/4" x h 11 1/4" (42,8 x 28,5 cm).

Condition: in very good condition.
