Belle Époque genre scene with a beauty holding a basket of flowers was executed on the turn of 20th century by listed Austrian painter Johann Wenzel Suess the senior ( 1867 Bruenn - 1937 Vienna). The father of painters Josef and Edmund Suess , the artist recieved acknowledge for his genre scenes and portraits.
