Landscape with meadow and mountains was executed in 1912 by  listed Czech-Austrian landscape painter Emmerich Fechter ( Friedberg, South Bohemia 1854 - Vienna 1912). Member of Austrian Artist Union Künstlerhaus since 1903.

on the back of the stretcher is original artist's title in German: "Bei (village) Humwald I'm Böhmerwald".
