Hand-coloured lithography from the early 19th century depicting view of Erivan he capital of Armenia and etnographic scenes with Nogai prince and princess. The Nogai people (also written as Nogay or Noghai) are a Turkic ethnic group in Southern Russia: northern Dagestan and Stavropol Krai as well as in Karachay-Cherkessia and the Astrakhan Oblast, undefined number live in Chechnya

Inscription: upper and under images in plate numbered and inscribed in German.

Technique: antique lithography on paper , hand-coloured, unframed.

Measurements: w 6 1/2 " x h 10 " (16,3 x 25,5 cm)

Condition: in quite good condition, one mark on the last image between figures).
