This antique Russian bronze with enough rare animalistic motive was executed by listed bronze sculptor, drawer and medalist Nikolay Kaznakov (active in St.Petersburg from 1860s). It was cast in 1890-1900 in the St.Petersburg foundry Karl Berto, who was the successor of Chopin foundry.
