High quality antique Russian handpainted icon of Maria with Christ-child in silver parcel-gilt virtuose crafted oklad , 84th hallmark, dating 1873 with city stamp of Moscow , hallmark master (with indinstinctly russian initials B.C.?) and stamp of master AHK (for Nikolaj Wssiljevitch Nemirov-Kolodkin). Marks were stamped twice lower middle and on the crown. Due to Postnikova-Loseva, N.W.Nemirov-Kolodkin was the owner of famous Moscow silver and gold manufacture, produced since 1870s silver and enamel icon oklads, panagias, table silver ).
