Extremly rare ethographical genre scene with a Ottoman street coffee-seller was executed by important Bulgarian painter, illustrator and professor Anton Mitov (1862 Stara-Zagora - 1930 Sofia).The artist studied in Florence, came bback to Bulgaria and became a teacher in the Gymnasium in Plovdiv. Since 1896 - professor for art history at the new grounded State Drawing School in Sofia. In this range he worked until his pension in 1927.Influenced from his friend Ivan Mrkvicka. His motives : Bulgarian folk scenes,ethographical paintings , also portraits and church icons. He took part in Decoration of Alexander-Newski-Cathedral in Sofia.
