Portrait of a young beauty with a hat was created in 1900-s by Raimund Ritter von Brennerstein Wichera, the artist who painted this series of beautiful girls, children and cupids, was a famous Austrian portrait, landscape and animalist painter, born in 1862 in Frankstadt (died in 1925 in Vienna). Studied in the Vienna Academy under Hans Makart. His works  as designs to illustrations  coincided with the Art-Nouveau style.

Inscription: unsigned, inscribed with the artist's name on the back of the cover.
