Art Nouveau bronze composition "Boy with Goats" was executed around 1900 by famous Munich sculptor Valentin Winkler ( 1873 - Munich - after 1947). Studied in Nürnberg an Munich ( under S.Eberle) , worked in Munich. Very similar bronze sculpture "Flute-Playing Faun Riding on a Goat", 1904, was shown at the IX International Art Exhibition in Munich in 1905 (see "Die Werkstatt der Kunst: Organ für die Interessen der bildenden Künstler, 4th year, issue 4, 24.10.1904, Verlag der Werkstatt der Kunst (Ernst Closs), Munich).
