Viennese city scene at the St.Stephan Cathedral was executed in 1919 by August von Ritter von Meissl (1867-1921). Popular for his motives of military scenes, Animalist works, cityscapes and illustrations. Lived and worked in Munich.

Condition: fairly good, a few stains.
