This portrait miniature was executed in 1835 by good listed French miniature artist Jean Pierre Robelot ( born 1802 Lothringen). He studied by Mansion, exhibited in 1827-1850 in Paris.

Inscription: signed and dated 1835.

Technique:  gouache on organic wafer. Under cut glass and in the  metal gold-plated frame.

Measurements: unframed w 2 3/4" x h 3 1/3" (7 x 8,5 cm), framed w 3 1/3" x h 4" (8,5 x 10 cm)

Condition: in perfect condition.
