Still life with wine jug, herring and tobacco pipe was executed in the second half of 19th century, signed E.Duga. On 20.10.2019 very similar still life by artist Edward James , signed with pseudonym E. Duga was estimated with 2500 AUD (1600 €) at the sale of the Australian auction house Christian McCANN Auctions.

Technique: oil on wood, magnificent antique gilt frame.

Condition: wood panel is slightly bent.
