Classical landscape at dusk was executed Albert Fáy, Slovkian-Hungarian painter Albert Fay (1821, Bodoló (Bodulov/Slovakia) - 1892, Budapest). Brother of Mór Fáy, father of the painter and composer Zoltán Fáy. He lived in Košice (Kassa/Slovakia) in the 1840s and created the painting "The Entry of Archduke Stephen into Košice" (now in the museum there) in 1847. He volunteered in the Hungarian Wars of Liberation of 1848–49. Afterwards, he settled in Pest (Budapest). Besides religious subjects, he painted detailed portraits, landscapes, and still lifes.
